Power Plant Solutions APAC > Plant & Hybrid > SCADA Operations ASP The SCADA Operations team is responsible for India, Greater Asia, and the Pacific region with a total of 9 professional team members.We are looking for a SCADA Engineer-PPC who has the experience and competency to manage a complete SCADA Project and be part of a multi-cultural team You will report to the SCADA Operations Lead located in India (IN).Responsibilities
• Project initiation, planning, execution, controlling and closing out the project
• Site Management , Client development and managing Customer / clients
• Prepare and issue Weekly & Monthly Reports including Dashboards
• Progress monitoring with internal & external parties
• Organizing meetings with internal stakeholders; mange the open action list
• Preparing detailed schedule for SCADA ongoing Project and Service Support task
• Preparing the weekly and monthly resource planning
• Proactively plan & execute the Resource Levelling
• Keep Internal delivery plan of SCADA components up to date in proactive cooperation with Production Factories and other relevant stakeholders
• Ensure contractual documentation is followed on time with respect to milestone completion
• Prepare and update the project risk register and Update contractual milestones in Project Plan
• Responsible for handling non-confirmation and replenishing of defective components on time without affecting the schedule
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Engineering any discipline or any equivalent Degree
• Certified Project planning & Management courses are an added advantage
• Minimum two construction projects or one relevant project
Competencies
• Good skills with knowledge in MS-Projects / Primavera P6, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc
• 3 ~ 8 year of working experience in handling projects
• Good communication skills & Ability to solve problems
• Should has the knowledge and skills to work on their own independently
• PMP/ PG in Project Management / Construction Management would be of added advantage.
• Local working experience with local language is must
• Should be a self initiator and should be goal oriented
• Must have good communication skills, both oral and written
• They may often have to master the art of multi-tasking
