Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to take our products from ideas to commercially ready launches. Embody innovation as you work on products that will help shape the future of the company!The right candidate for this role will be a key driver of the initiatives for fast-paced, cross-functional teams.The ideal candidate is a team motivator who enjoys living in the trenches and driving the details home. You re an organized communicator and well-versed in finding new ways to make it easier for teams to effectively work together. You have a passion for learning and can balance product strategy with tactical execution.Key Responsibilities

  • High business acumen; able to create compelling business rationales and arguments
  • Strong strategic thinker; able to bring structure and frameworks to complex situations
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communicator, able to convey POV s elegantly across different levels and stakeholders in an organization
  • Understands and utilizes core marketing frameworks (e.g. price, product, positioning, and placement) and testing methodologies
  • Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, and initiative
  • Able to adapt to a continually evolving work environment and organizational structure
  • Experience partnering with market research teams and comfortable with methodologies
  • Drive adoption of Product and product features through innovative ideas to bring awareness in the communities.
  • Develop & conduct specialized training on new products launched and raise awareness & application of relevant subject matter.
  • Monitor internal processes for efficiency and validity pre & post product launch/changes.
  • Participate in opportunities to develop both personally and professionally.
Experience & skills:
  • 5-10 years professional experience in marketing and managing marketing technologies
  • Creates business case and business model for new & existing products
  • Develops research and testing plan for new products
  • Creates go-to-market plan for new products
  • Influences product roadmap through market expertise and business acumen
  • Guides thinking and shares best practices across global teams
Education:
  • MBA/ ME / MS / BE / BTech or Equivalent Experience - Technical background
