No leads given by the company.-Salary Range: 12k-20k(Depend upon last company withdrawn and current interview)-Regional language and local candidates will be preferred4)Career Growth: Many SEs are promoted to TLs in a single year based on their performance5) About Company-Logistics platform for commercial vehicle-Vehicle tracking system , Fastags , Discount on fuel . In next 6 months,planning to execute vehicleinsurance , providing loading to customers, maintenance services etc.-Currently active in 25 States in India-Team size in PAN India : 4000+-Central office is in Gurgaon and regional offices in Pune, Mumbai,Banglore-Already 10Lakh vehicles live with us.6)Expectation from a Sales Executive-Daily morning and evening gate meetings on phone call-Daily 8 meetings with customers-Leads self generate ( 90% self generate leads and 10% company provides)-Daily travel from 35KM-50KM (at given working location)-Incentive per unit around Rs.700 (more details will be given in interview) . No upper cap in incentive.Minimum Rs.12000 incentive.-Candidate should be within 10-12KM of base locationExperience -Min. 1 yearsSalary - 12k to 18k+ incentive
