Job Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization, coordinating and scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required. Maintain accurate records, including electronic and hard copy filing systems. Assist with the development and implementation of departmental processes and procedures. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the organization.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
