Job Description

    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Engineer NPD (New Product Development). The Senior Engineer NPD will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new products, from conceptualization to launch. This includes conducting research and analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and testing prototypes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and project timelines.Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in product development and manufacturing processes Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering tools Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines Knowledge of quality control standards and regulations Strong attention to detail and accuracy Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field Experience in the mining. & metals industry is a plus,
