  • Cost Engineer will report to Project Cost Controller of the project.
  • Prepation of Cost budgeting, expenditure profiling, forecasting and contolling of the entire project.
  • Prepardion of cost estimate for each procurement /Contract/Packages in consultation with the Project cost Controller .
  • Prepare budget request documents to include opening of cost codes and providing subcontract accrual data as required.
  • Prepare monthly job man-hour and cost reports for comparing budget and actual data on projects. Preparaton of report highlighting planned expenditure profile vis-a-vis actul expenditure on monthly basis for budgetary control purposes.
  • Work with project team members to analyze problems and recommend solutions
  • Prepares, analyzes, presents cost, estimating and performance information to management
  • Final project cost variations from approved project cost and justifications for the same.
