    ResposnblityCandidate Should Be Have Team Handling Min. 7-10 MamberManagingthe team and the day-to-day management in accordance with overall company policy and ensuring that all necessary inventories are available.Managingthe procurement supplier relationships for the company. Developappropriate procurement and contracting strategiesProvidesquality and timely procurement services to Operations.Participatein tender meetings and adjudication process to ensure pricing and conditions will result in effective contractingReviewcontracts, amendments and applications for scope and price change to ensure compliance to the required contractual deliverables.Participatein contract termination process to manage cost, performance, contractor close out and where applicable, contractor commencement.Compileand maintain a contract master file including contract scope, specification, cost structure, escalation, duties and responsibilities, safety requirementsand compliance.Ensurethat all stakeholders are aligned with the procurement and contracts plan and related objectivesFinalNegotiation for rate and service finalization.Monitoringfor vender payment.
