FCS Software SolutionsHiring Technical Recruiter- US IT RecruiterNight Shift(8:30 PM-5:30 AM)Experience-0 months to 3 yearsLocation- Noida Sector 57Work From OfficeImmediate joiner preferred.Roles and ResponsibilitiesHandle IT requirements for US based clients.

  • Analyze the requirements to understand clients IT resource need and deliver qualified candidates/consultants with a minimum turnaround time.
  • Source & Screen candidates from various sources like Internal Company Database, Resume/Job Portals and Professional Networking.
  • Edit & Format resumes matching consistency and giving the resume visual cum technical perfection before presenting it to clients.
  • Maintain Candidate/Vendor relations; keep them updated on the progress of submittals made.
  • Handle Interviews, Closures, Paperwork & On Boarding.

  • Education Background-
