    Qualification: Any graduation/Undergraduate / post-graduationShould have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should be able to convert into the admissionFluency in English is must)Experience: 6 months to 5 years in salesJob descriptionPosition: Academic CounselorJob Type: WFO)Working Days : 6 days (Monday to Saturday)Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PMMajor Responsibilities:Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people.Receiving Inbound calls and counseling for Courses.Out-bond calls as per the leads received from different sources.Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should be able to convert into the admission.Responsible for converting telephone inquiries into admissions.Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counseling as per the timelinesKey Skills Required:Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyIn-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industryKnowledge of sales process from initiation to closeAbility to work independently or as an active member of a teamPersuasive and goal-orientedSelf-motivated and self-directedLanguage Proficiency: Good communication skills.Salary-----30k CTCFresher with good communication skill can also apply
