About the Company (DigiChal) :We are a startup with a mission to make life easy for MSMEs by creating a suite of Digital Products aimed to solve their business problems.Were looking for Associate Product Managers/Product Managers to help us build and grow Digichal from the ground up. In this role, you will be part of our first dedicated product team reporting directly to the co-founder.You will work on the roadmap of new products and features over the next year. You will research, conceptualize and develop new features and product lines for our target users, that will enable exponential growth for DigiChal. Please go through the role and expectations below to decide whether you would be interested in joining our mission to enable MSMEs of India.The Role :- Product research : Work with our Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customer pain points, and research new features or product lines to solve those problems- Product conceptualization : work with our UX Designer to conceptualize new features and product lines that can be handed off to the engineering team for development- Product launches : Work with our Product Marketing team to increase awareness, visibility and adoption of new features through creation of content, videos and presentations- Sprint Planning and Release Management - Product analytics : Oversee product analytics and monitor key metrics to identify potential problems and come up with solutions- Product documentation : Create and maintain PRDsExpectations :- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in a product management role- Familiarity with UX wire-framing- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills- Strong analytical skills- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and need little oversight- Finally, and most importantly, you have drive, energy, and motivation to succeed in delivering great customer experiences!Desired Candidate Profile (Education Qualification, Work-Experience and Skills) :- B.Tech. / M.Tech from premier institutes (IITs/NITs) - You have 2+ years of experience in product management.- Prior experience in a startup will be preferredWe seek an applicant who will thrive in an open, dynamic, flexible, fun, spirited, agile and collaborative environment; an individual who desires creative freedom and the opportunity to work in a high-performing work environment.,
