Job Description

    Position: Export Operation Executive Ocean ExportsLocation: Okhla Phase 2, New DelhiJob profile:Export Operation Executive Ocean should have minimum 5 + years of experienceWhile on Job person need to work on the following on daily basis:Coordination with exports customers for the new documents and opening of jobsShould have sound knowledge of complete sea operations for both LCL and FCLsShould be aware of entire exports process from Carting / Leo / Prealert / getting delivery status from the overseasagents for the cargo.Scanning the post exports shipments and coordinating the various consolidators and nominated agents for getting thebill of lading released.Make the final bunch of exports documents and send to customers.Salary will be best in the industry with all the Perks and Benefit.Position: Export Operation Executive Air exportsLocation: Okhla Phase 2, New DelhiExport Operation Executive Air should have minimum 5 + years of experienceWhile on Job person need to work on the following on daily basis:Coordination with exports customers for the new documents and opening of jobsShould have sound knowledge of complete Air operations.Should be aware of entire air exports process related to Airport Authority.Contacting Airlines and other IATA agents for getting rates.Coordination with various Port operation staff and working in synergy to handover cargo to airlines well on time with consideration that no demurrages is levied and planning non arrival of shipments on weekend so that no demurrages is levied.Scanning the post exports shipments and preparing the final pre alert to send the final prealerts to customs and coordinate until shipment is delivered.Preparing cost sheet and giving the file to accounts for making bills.Make the final bunch of exports documents and send to customers.Salary will be best in the industry with all the Perks and Benefit.
