The incumbent will need to build processes and systems and also drive them.Culture and Engagement :- Lead the engagement agenda of the organization- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key engagement strategies and solutions and be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process from scratchOnboarding & Induction :- Design and deploy employee induction process for new campus hires- Owning up the company DNA and spreading it far and wide during the new campus hire inductionTalent & Performance Management :- Lead the implementation & change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system, putting the Talent Management framework in place- End to end employee lifecycle management, from entry to exitHR Operations :- Lead the HR operations team to drive smooth functioning- Lead HR Tech implementationTalent Acquisition :- Lead a team of recruiters and build strong candidate pipeline for all positions/key roles- Create campus relations and drive campus hiring strategy for the company,
