Job Description

    Role Overview : - Leading Fintech company in India that was set up 8 years back and is among market leader in the fintech space.- We are looking for a hands-on Director/ Head of Engineering to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our companys technologies are used appropriately.- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. - If you are also an excellent communicator and public speaker, wed like to meet you. Responsibilities :- Developing the companys strategy for using technological resources and must have good experience on software architecture, code reviews etc. Solid exposure to Node.js or PHP is a must. - Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely- Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure- Selecting and implementing suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits- Designing and customizing technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience- Develop technical aspects of the companys strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage- Help departments use technology profitably- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency- Build quality assurance and data protection processes- Monitor KPIs and IT budget to assess technological performance- Use stakeholders- feedback to enforce necessary improvements and adjustments to technology- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investorThis job opening was posted long time back.
