Job Description

    The Implementation Project Manager (IPM) reports to the Team Manager within the SID business unit. The IPM takes the overall responsibility & project manages the travel implementation project (offline & online) of our local and global clients either as part of a larger client project or a standalone implementation including moves, expansions, closures and ad hoc projects as required by the business.Job Description / Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full end-to-end customer on-boarding process focusing on the implementation of local market projects utilizing S.I.D. project documents (E.g. OneForm, OnePlan, Project Scope, WSR, Global Test Plan etc.) and following the global implementation on boarding process.Be the single point of contact for the project team during the implementation process.Ensures the Onboarding process is followed (Pre-assessment through to Post-implementation stage).Leads the (local) Joint Planning meetings face to face or conference call depending on client requirements.Ensures all project members are aware of their roles & responsibilities and leads weekly project calls, including agenda and call notes, with clear actions and responsibilities.During Regional & Global Implementations, attends (or leads) calls as required - produces relevant updates & deliver actions required by deadlines provided by Regional or Global IPMs.Ensures the project remains on track, all tasks completed within deadline. Update OnePlan and OneForm accordingly.Accurate and Timely updates of SalesForce REQs and Weekly Status Report.Proactively manages project risk assessment and management including clear and timely escalations as required for support and resolution.Coordinates technical set ups with technical teams, T.I.M. and telephony department.Execute & drive readiness assessment.
