Industry - Healthcare / Medical / HospitalCategory - Sales & MarketingJob Type - Permanent We are looking for a skilled Key Account Professional to manage the relationships of the company with its most important customers (hospital groups) that make up the highest percentage of company income from the private sectorClient Details :Our client is a global market leader in Medical Equipment manufacturing.Description :- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they view the company as a partner- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives- Ensure the correct products and services are proposed and delivered to customers in a timely manner- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships- Contracting and Negotiation including facilitation of contract negotiations involving all company products- Create a compete bundle of product and value-add services- Review market trends / analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, discount rates and develop sales strategies to achieve the goals of the company as well as the customer by creating a WIN-WIN Situation .- Help define and achieve negotiation parameters for tough economically constrained customer situations- Maintain knowledge of the industry and the competition by continually seeking information from suppliers, HMO and other sources to challenge, modify and prioritise winning in the market- Maintain awareness of industry trends and their impact on country sales activities- Will lead or participate in cross-functional teams.Profile :- 8+ years of total work experience in commercial roles, preferably some experience in Healthcare- 3+ years of Key Account Management experience across any industry preferably in Medical devicesJob Offer :An opportunity to work with a market leader in Medical equipment manufacturing, this is a high visibility, high impact role.,
