Manager, EUC EngineeringIn this role, you will be responsible for managing End User Computing, Application Packaging, , P Management, Image Management, Escalation handling.To succeed in this role, candidate should have In depth knowledge on Windows 10, MS office, O365 and related common tools and Expertise on Microsoft imaging technologies like MDT, patching with SCCM.To assess involving Desktop Engineer which includes the, application packaging, deploymentConstantly manage, monitor and control proceedings to keep project objectives on trackHanding the scope and SLA, such as Managing and overseeing deployment of applications and Patch deployment and Image ManagementHandling the Business critical or escalated cases from Floor supportUpdating OS images and SW packagesInteracting with client on problem solving via email and con-callsPreparing the daily and monthly reports on SLA sharing with Client managerEnsure quality and ITIL processes are followed for all deliveriesLiaise between Application Groups, Offshore Project Lead/Teams and work closely with the Customer to ensure that the team works to meet the deliveries and SLAs as committed with qualityQualificationsMinimum qualifications:Good understanding of Microsoft AD environment, Group policies, infrastructure service like DHCP/DNS/FWs/TCP IPIntune, Airwatch & JAMF administration experienceAzure AD administration (basic)Package building using flexera admin studio, install shield and other packing softwaresScripting, command line, powershell and bashGood knowledge on Scripting/Application packagingExperience on thin client management and supportKnowledge on security tools like AV, Firewall, Encryption, DLPWorking and conceptual Knowledge of Desktop Virtualization products like Citrix Xen Desktop/Xen appExcellent verbal and written communicationsAnalytical approach for finding the root causeExcellent in Coordination with cross functional teams and vendors for evaluation/rollout of new technologiesInnovative and the solutioning attitudePreferred qualifications:Mac OSx Administration experience will be a plus,
