  1. Managing the customers independently
  2. Managing internal Implementation team and resources.
  3. Implementation of standard product and creation of new modules.
  4. Customer meeting to gather new requirements/ changes in existing requirements.
  5. Understand market/ customer requirement the general need in various geographies.
  6. Customer Training-Full system training for existing customers.
  7. Expertise in using Web developments tools such as HTML, JavaScript, XML, JQuery and AJAX. ASP/ VB Knowledge added advantage.
  8. Write SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Triggers and Views using SQL.
  9. Should be able to work on GUI + Libraries as well.
  10. Change analysis for some of the new enhancements to be done in the system before integrating into base system.
  11. Handling all customers escalations.
  12. SRS for new enhancement.
  13. Maintain all MIS and project Plans charters of existing projects being handled.
  14. Team Handling Desired Candidate Profile :
    1. Should have at-least 3-6 yrs experience in requirement management and product delivery.
    2. Should have interacted with onsite and Offsite clients independently
    3. Should have experience in client handling (Internal and External).
    4. Handled Team of 3-6 people.
    5. Experience in full cycle implementation of software development projects using
      1. . Net/ C#/ ASP. Net/ ADO. Net/ Python/ PHP
      2. Good knowledge of SQL Server/ My SQL/ Oracle.
      3. Strong concept on Data modeling and Database design. Key Competencies:
