Job Description

This individual should be able to comprehend, articulate, and keep track of technical progress across our many development projects. Communication within, across, and around teams is of the highest priority, as this position will both support and be responsible for output across multiple departments.Responsibilities

  • Project oversight across multiple concurrent projects; with a focus on the India projects, reporting to the Director, PMO
  • Responsible for release management, resource planning, quality and delivery
  • Develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals
  • Work with other Leads/PM s to coordinate external dependencies across projects
  • Ongoing management and escalation of issues and risks
  • Communication management within and outside the project team
  • Develop and maintain an effort driven, resource balanced project schedule
  • Effectively manage project risks by mitigation planning and escalation
  • Work with the Feature Teams and interact with all involved stakeholders to co-ordinate releases
  • Ensure all cross-functional requirements are delivered on time
  • Working with and motivating the project team to deliver exceptional quality deliverables that exceed sponsor expectations
  • Process improvement and updates to project process documentation
Qualifications
  • 4 years of project management experience using a defined SDLC methodology in R&D and/or enterprise software product development
  • Must come from a software industry background
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, and Lean/Sigma or similar industry certification is a plus
  • Demonstrated success managing large scale technological projects with Enterprise Mobility Management solutions and technical software
  • Proven track record in delivering on-going interdependent projects and conflicting priorities
  • Demonstrated understanding of software development and product life cycle
  • Experience in scaled agile software development methodology
  • Excellent writing, communications, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Expert with practical knowledge of pivot tables, metrics and dashboards
  • Proficient in JIRA, or the ability to learn quickly
  • Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of stakeholders
  • Solid multi-tasking and problem resolution abilities
  • Proficient in project management methodologies
  • Significant experience working with cross functional software development, product management and quality assurance teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and partner effectively within and outside the immediate team to achieve desired business results
