He/She would be required to be flexible to support 24X7 operation.Youll have the following responsibilitiesManaging Avaya enterprise Voice solution (Contact Centre Services Platform).Products: Avaya CM, CMS, Aspect Dialler, Verint V15/V11/7.8.3, VMware, SAN Storage, Domain Controller, Avaya Aura Messaging, CUCM, Unity Express, CUCDM, MPS/Speech Server, Voice Bio metric, Backup servers etc.Handling day to day operations specific incidents (Reactive and Proactive).Design CAF and implement change.Perform daily health check for Verint servers (Recorder, Integration server, Wallboard status, Dialler, MSA/SMGR).We do monitor MPS and Speech server regularly.Token allocation to the relevant vendors and check the relevant activity in Change sheet then update database.Quarterly and weekly CMS and Verint viewer reboot activity.VAL board file transfer activity.IVR traffic bypassing on Bank s request.Closing working with Project team related to migration.Power down activates.Pre-App raised and implementation.Patching activity.PCA (Incoming Calls from internal and external customers).Pre post count activityPassword reset Voice bio metric activityWe are doing Project, Vulnerability T1 under an incident like licence upload, Certificate reinstallation, V15: Patch installation on DBMS server etc.New CCS IMACD work (Add/Move/Delete, VCV, VREC, Announcement, CMS,VDPA).Voice Biometric password reset activity.Nuance Voice Bio metric support.IMACD HCS V15.1 requests.Timekeeper Licence File Renewal activity.Windows 2003 Patching project work activityYoull have the following skills & experienceExperience of working in a problem/incident management environmentExperience of creating order reference numbers via our tracking system, immediately as queries are raisedAvaya IPT Communication Manager, System Manager, CMS, Avaya Aura Messaging, IVRVerint V15/V11/7.8.3Aspect Unified IP DialerVMware vSphere 5.5/6.53PAR/EVA SAN StorageWindows/Linux Server, Domain Controller, DHCP/DNS, Active Directory, MS SQLITIL FrameworkNuance Voice BiometricsIncident ManagementExcellent standard of written and spoken EnglishHigh level customer management skillsAble to follow strict processesGood understanding of excel, PowerPoint, wordDesirable Knowledge Data/Voice Pro-active ManagementBenefitsEligibility Criteria:COVID-19 Notice: We ve changed our recruitment process so that we can continue to offer exciting opportunities in BT.
