To work with technical teams on Client needs, product enhancements and solve any issues that arise within defined SLAsWhat will you Do - Liaising with University Career Services divisions to gather and understand their requirements- Give product demo to clients ( i.e. Can explain the value of the product, Manage and set the clients expectation)- Play a key role in Revenue Generation through the clients assigned and Retention of the key accounts- Stakeholder and Client management, with a focus on relationship building and ensuring product success- Drive product adoption with an ability to Cross-Sell/UP Sell- Forecast and track key account metrics to derive insights and build a success plan with appropriately identified objectives, milestones, and metrics needed to achieve them- Work closely with product teams and business disciplines as a bridge and get the customization of VMocks offerings as per client requirements- Develop technical domain expertise and formulate strategies to drive user engagement- Owning post-sales account management and communication for key accounts across the globe- Responsible for regular data analysis and proper maintenance of records, So that data can be shared as when required by upper management or clients- Design presentations for client deliverables/presentationsWhat you should have - Full time MBA from a top business school in India or abroad- Post MBA experience should be 2+ years- B.Tech / BE Preferred- Prior experience in geographies like US or Europe preferred- Excellent communication and presentation skills to formulate & articulate technical, financial and value points- Strong technical skills and capabilities to understand business applications, analytics, and platform technologies- Candidates having a bent of technology with a sales mindset preferred- Ability to independently develop expertise in new emerging technologies- Data-driven with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills- Candidate will be required to work in full capacity in evening shift (3 pm - 12 am) to work with US clients,
