Job Description

Manage Level one AD Related Issue Like Creating Users Profile, Account Related Issues Like Account Locked out, Password Reset, Providing Access to users , Add or Remove Users from different groups on Ad(Active Directory)
Responsible for users support, maintaining the users database, tracking of issues and publishing monthly reports, Resolve / Coordinate with Suppliers/ AMC vendor for resolution
Hands-on Experience on SUMMUS Ticketing Tool.
Providing Voice, Hardware, Networking and Application level support to users.
Working with encryption tool Bit locker , Asset Data Clearance Tool like Bitraser
VIP User support
Installation and Configuration of Windows 7, Windows XP Professional, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 within Domain. Deploying OS image through WDS.
Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting of Applications like MS Outlook with Exchange Server, E-audit, SCCM and other process tools.
Implementing Physical Connection of systems in LAN (within KPMG Domain).
Installation, Configurations and Maintaining OS, Standard and Business Applications /Apple devices/Android Devices.
Configuring / Troubleshoot Printer issues
