Job Description

    Aditya Birla Sunlife Insurance is looking for potential candidates who are aspiring to create ones career ladder in the field of sales and marketing. To expand your career in Life Insurance, you need to provide quality service to the potential customer and expand customer base through the leads provided by the organization or self generated leads and achieve sales target on monthly basis.Location:Kolkata Park Street- One ABC- Kolkata- BFL Bangur Estate- 2nd Floor, 31 Chowringhee Road, Kolkata 700016.Offered CTC-2.5/ 3/ 3.5 incentivesResponsibilities and duties:
    • Need to build a strong relationship with potential customers to sell Life Insurance policies.
    • Achieving the sales target through assigned leads which will be generated by the organization and also employees can generate their own leads.
    • Fixing appointments with prospective customers. This includes field visit, meeting with potential customers in their geographical location and etc to understand their financial need and sell policy to fulfil their necessity.
    • Providing quality service to the potential customers in order to maintain strong relationship.
    • Expanding customer base.
    • Analyzing customer data before selling the product.
    • 80% field sales.
    Criterias:
    • Must be Graduated from any field.
    • Must be experienced in field sales- Life Insurance for more than 1.5 year.
    • Must have strong tenurity
    • Must not have frequent job change
    • Must have skills to approach clients for product sale
    • Must have strong knowledge on Life Insurance
    • Must have strong network with exisiting clients.
    • Must be comfortable to travel 40 - 60 kms for client visit.
    • Must be Kolkata localite.
