Administrative Clerks perform clerical tasks including typing documents, compiling and filing records, answering and making telephone calls, scheduling appointments and completing general office tasks.Responsibilities:Answering customer questions, providing information, taking and processing orders and addressing complaintsAnswering phone calls and calling customers and vendors to follow up on appointments and deliveriesCompiling, maintaining and updating company recordsManaging office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materialsSetting up appointments, scheduling meetings, distributing reports and managing the correspondence between the office and external bodiesCompiling and maintaining records of office business transactionsTraining, onboarding and supervising junior clerksOperating office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines and multimedia instrumentsInterested candidate should submit His/her resume ( CV ) to company Email:- hr@thehoxtonhotels.com
