MANAGING CUSTOMER AND COLLECTIONS WILL BE THE KEY WITH RESPONSIBILITIES OF FIXED ASSETS , INVENTORY MANAGEMENT , COST CONTROL AND ASSISTING THE SITE CONTROLLER AND PROJECT CONTROLLET IN SITE REVIEWS AND OTHER BUSINESS REVIEWS. SHOULD HAVE WORKED IN SAP ENVIRONMENT WITH EXPOSURES IN SD AND CO MODULES. Finance AnalystAbout Alstom in IndiaAlstom has established a strong presence in India. Currently, the company is executing metro projects in several Indian cities including Chennai, Kochi and Lucknow where it is supplying Rolling Stock manufactured out its state of the art facility at SriCity in Andhra Pradesh. In the Mainline space, Alstom is executing Signaling & Power Supply Systems for the 343 Km. section on World Bank funded Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor. Phase 1 in the construction of the new electric locomotive factory for manufacturing and supply of 800 units of 12000HP locomotives is also complete at Madhepura, Bihar while the depot at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh is ready to commence operation. Alstom has set up an Engineering Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru, and this coupled with a strong manufacturing base as well as localized supply chains, is uniquely positioned to serve customers across the globe.   • Ensure proper cost controlling and review mechanism (Control external costs & commitments with interfaces with Sourcing, Manufacturing & Engineering teams)
  • Set up adequate processes & KPI s to measure the activity and the services delivered on a periodic basis Structure monthly function reviews & drive cost out actions
  • Propose efficient and innovative ways to measure each cost function & its evolution during the buildup & running phases and drive cost reduction efforts
Controlling
  • Manage the controlling of projects & revenue recognition in accordance with internal control rules/ IFRS
  • Assist the Project Controller and Site Finance in compilation of Project Reviews and monthly reviews at the manufacturing unit. Reports and analysis will be the KPI for Measurement of KPIS.
  • Development of KPIS for Vendor management system and effective coordination with FSSC for timely payments as per the agreed payment terms. Analyse the Inspire reports and drive clearance of vendor invoices effectively . Actively coordinating with supply
Management Reviews
  • Assist the Finance controller and Project Controller to prepare the estimate at completion to be validated during the Project Reviews.
  • Assist in Monthly/ Critical Project review to review operational performance, dashboards, etc
  • Drive Periodic Sales & Cash reviews with Project Teams
