Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position Retail industry experience would be preferred Ability to meet and establish deadlines Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with systems and a professional environment Experience & knowledge in handling final accounts & accounting of a private limited company Expert Knowledge in preparing & filing GST, Prof. Tax & TDS returns Good verbal & written communication Job Responsibility To oversee the day to day functioning through ERP System for Pan India Office/ locations To ensure all statutory payment schedules and returns filing Complete Sundry Debtors & Creditors management Monitoring all sales cash collection across all retail counters Checking daily documents/ transactions and ensure that all account heads are properly allocated Monthly Accounts preparation of various locations Annual Accounts preparation in close co-ordination with Auditors and regulatory filing Heading all junior accounts team for Pan India retail stores and management End to end knowledge of Account related work Reconciliation of Vendors/ Bills Payable before processing for the payments Leading the team in day to day accounting transactions sales, purchase, receipts and payments Training the Junior accountant on the use of ERP system Minimum 5 years in senior accounts position,
