  • Remuneration (Fresher) 14500 CTC (take home 11256)
  • Remuneration (Experienced) 18100 CTC (take home 14256)
Working Days:
  • 6 Days in a week with 1 rotational off (Sunday off not fixed)
  • Shift 24*7, Any shift can be given to the candidates on a rotational basis.
Cabs:
  • Only drop facility will be given to the candidates in odd hours only
Education:
  • Graduates or undergraduate (both are eligible)
  • Candidate has to present the educational documents before the offer letter is given to them.
  • The candidate will have to show the original documents before the offer letter is given to them.
Experience:
  • Fresher and experienced both are eligible.
  • Experienced candidates must have all the experience documents.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience is must avail the experienced candidates salary mentioned here in this email.
  • The Candidate must provide all the relevant documents justifying the experience.
Languages :
  • Language Competency (Spoken) English, Hindi with any regional language, Bengali
  • Language Competency (Written) English
  • Good writing and verbal communication in English
Job Role :The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service Executive would be :
  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
