Job description -
  • Achieve financial targets in terms of the brokerage earned with respect to new business: Life, General and Health Insurance.
  • Develop various sources of Relationship Manager Team hiring & build a team of Relationship Manager Team & Relationship Manager team pipe line.
  • Recruit quality Relationship Manager teams as per the standards defined by the company
  • Conduct activity to increase existing Relationship Manager team building efforts
  • Development and Training of Relationship Manager team prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
  • Identify the training needs of the Relationship Manager team and work with Trainers to improve the same.
  • Visit and explain all technical compliances of the business with respect to product, pricing, tariff and respective company (SSIBPL) guidelines.
  • Make client visits (physical or on virtual meetings) to reinforce relationship with existing individual clients as per daily appointment plans.
  • Understand requirements of individual clients in terms of both renewals and new requirements under retail products (especially Life, General and Health) through repeated visits and relationship building
  • Work with Tele callers and Social Media / Marketing team to create a business plan for increasing and managing leads of prospective clients from demarcated territory
  • Create new source of leads through references of prospective / existing customers to increase conversion.
  • Participate in claims team meetings to get updates from the claims department on the status of claims in order to be updated about the same before interacting with individual client for renewals.
  • Acquire product knowledge and always keep self-updated with latest variations in product offerings.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops (external/ internal) and work on on-job assignments to implement new learning
  • Promote & motivate Relationship Manager Teams for Career progression program to make them join the organization.
Required Candidate profile -- Demonstrates domain knowledge in own area of operation- Understands product offerings- Understands service standards as per Organisation ethos / laid down processes / policies- Learns continuously and keeps self-updated.- Is sensitive to code of conduct in office and customer establishments and maintains ethical practices.- Creates long term relationships with customers (external/ internal) through continuous interface.- Achieves customer delight with respect to both internal and external customersWhat we are offering
