Job Description Manning the IT helpdesk at different sites/ locations across the 3 facilities in Kolkata Monitoring of IT docket system Escalating IT dockets to IT support group members Updating IT docket system with necessary acknowledgement/ ETA Supervision of network monitoring tools and different links, real- time monitoring of voice systems First level technical diagnosis from the helpdesk - for issues reported/ observed/ alerted Report to IT support group all sorts of alarms, alerts observed in the monitoring windows for networks/ links/ systems Monitoring of IT mail/ Skype and responding, as guided by IT support group/ IT seniors Attending to IT helpdesk extension and coordinating any verbal communication for IT support group, all other issues reported Working with helpdesk functions across other global locations Regular check of IT links and connectivity as per ISMS procedures Any other helpdesk activity/ operations support functions as assigned by IT senior members ,
