They have a national presence and are looking for a Analytics Head. This role will be based out of Kolkata.Description:They key responsibilities of the role entail: - Be the analytics thought leader to proactively identify opportunities for improvement of business performance using analytical tools and methods- Building strategic capabilities for sales, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement & finance functions with strong digital and data analytics overlay- Work with stakeholders to understand Business problems, define problem statement with clear hypothesis that needs to be tested and provide business insights based on findings- Deliver valuable insights via predictive analytics and data visualisation with Domain expertise in Marketing, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain & IT- Develop a deep knowledge of the business & partner with Sales Leadership and Operations to drive actionable insights across revenue, sales pipeline, customer lifecycle, sales productivity, and other sales activities to drive growth- Design and prototype visualisations and dashboards that enable internal stakeholders to consume and understand data faster and partner with respective functions to scale- Own solution development and lead the squad from proposal through to delivery of prescriptive analytics solution- Use predictive modelling for demand/inventory prediction, increase and optimise customer experiences, customer segmentation, products recommendation, revenue generation, and other business outcomesProfile :A successful candidate would be someone with the following: - 6+ years of experience in FMCG analytics - Strong analytical skills, ability to use and interpret customer data and drive value by adding insights- Independence and capacity to take initiative in an unstructured environment- Ability to handle multiple work areas and balance different stakeholder expectations- Consumer & customer centric approach- Proactive, self-starter with hands-on approach to the business- Great interpersonal skills and gravitas with the ability to influence internal stakeholders at different levels as well as external partners and customersJob Offer :This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a growing firm in a decision making role.
