Job Description

  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description : Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1-Should have strong experience in SCCM 2007 2012 / version 1802,1806,1810,1902,2002 2-Experience in design and installation of Microsoft System Configuration Manager 2007-2012 3-In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control and other SCCM issues 4-Expertise in SCCM Administration, deployment,packaging,network inventory,boundaries,installer and network designing 5-Experience in deploying, troubleshooting and managing Bit locker encryption on Windows device
      • Technical Experience : -Experience in using Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring MBAM -SCCM knowledge and experience -Experience in supporting Windows 7, 8 and 10 -Testing and troubleshooting the encryption process -Supporting end user issues -Working with the team to automate the deployment process -Must be able to troubleshoot day to day operations, performing monitor and tuning system performance, and providing administration, configuration, installation, deployment and maintenance
