  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1- To manage and Maintain Windows Admin Client VMWare Tanzu 2- To manage Azure Cloud IaaS Platform 3- Prepare and Perform daily infra health checks and report any issues 4- Maintain Server Security with updated AV definitions and Monthly Patching 5- Co-ordinate with Vendors for any Hardware or OS related issue 6- Follow ITIL process for management of Incident, Service Requests, Change and Problems 7- Involve and represent technically during a Major incident P2/P1
      • Technical Experience : 1- Sound knowledge Hands-on Experience in VMware Tanzu/Hyper-V/Citrix/RDS/WINDOWS 2012/2016 Installation, Configuration and upgradation administration on Windows and Windows environments 2- Good skill in patching and antivirus patching 3- Proficient in managing Microsoft Azure IaaS, Compliance, VPC, Vnet, Peering, DR etc 4- Understanding of Disaster Recovery solution like SRM, Zerto etc 5- Should aware of system monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, pager duty
      • Professional Attributes : 1-Candidate should be flexible working in 24x7 support environment 2-Candidate should be comfortable working in Kolkata/Bangalore location 3-Public Cloud certification will be a plus point 4-Should be good in Communication written and spoken both in English of course
      • Educational Qualification : 1-BTech and graduate
    • Additional Information : 1-Should have handled Server Hardwares like DELL, HP, IBM, CISCO UCS etc
