We also offer specialist enterprise services to our Internet of Things customers.The broadband network team is integral to the connectivity portfolio as it directly supports the BT strategic priorities of maximising market reach and leveraging the UKs best network . This role provides a tangible opportunity to make a significant contribution to BTs financial perfmance as well as its strategic intent.Specifically, to design, deliver and manage in-life products within the broadband portfolio that deliver value to the Enterprise markets and provide optimised customer experience. To drive business performance and maximise revenue and margin contribution, whilst managing cost transformation across the portfolio. Ensuring that migration and transition plans are in place combined with product withdrawal timescales where needed.FTTP coverage is growing significantly over the next 5 years providing a dynamic environment for end users and Wholesale Communictaion Providers alike. Our role is to maximise the oppirtuniuty and benefit from FTTP.Role focus: Wholesale channelsIncluding key focus onSupport inlife management (Wholesale): including product performance, in life product changes, driving and supporting improvements in sales processes and general in life product activities. Primary focus supporting new product changes and development on WholesaleOwnership of specific deliveries as defined.What youll be doing

• Manage sub elements of product(s) & features from inception to delivery. Ensuring that the highest level of customer experience is provided and maintained.
• Manage the in-life performance of your product(s). Providing input to the roadmap & key deliverables as well as maintaining the product collaterall and briefings (Handbook etc.)
• Act as the industry interface and BT Enterprise spokesperson for your product(s) & roadmap & be seen as the internal & external specialist
• Hold Technology accountable for product delivery, articulating strategic importance and ensuring the necessary priority within the development stack.
• Provide input and support to ensure that suppliers deliver requirements needed to ensure BT Enterprise retains its network premium position within the overall market.
• Provide input to ensure that broadband product/network capability is aligned to stakeholder strategy and supports the Broadband networking P&L.
• Provide product support within virtual teams across Technology, Propositions and Operations
• Work closely with Commercial & Finance leads to ensure that your product(s) are positioned correctly to sales channels as well as helping to Identify and drive new product requirements.

• Decide & define developments needed to implement new capabilities (e.g. Openreach for access)

• Technical: An emerging/good understanding of how broadband works, is provided and carried across BT networks.
• Analytical: Identify options for problems and present benefits, providing support in building the case for change and drawing on data and analytical techniques to present and articulate where required
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to engage frequently at the manager & senior manager level within BT and externally
• Product strategy: Able to provide input and contribute to drive product roadmap and bring new developments to market on time and within budget
• Market Insight: Good/emerging knowledge of the broadband market, the competitive landscape, trends and emerging technologies as well as a thorough understanding of customer requirements relevant to broadband products and networks.
• Business acumen: Emerging abilty to influence and provide input to shape products to meet changing customer requirements or reacting to competitive threat
