Kindly find tagged below therequirements for the same.CANDIDATES PROFILE:*Accounting back ground ( preferred)*One year minimum experience in Purchase for understanding the job (not mandatory, can be a smart fresher)*Age : within 28- 30 (max); Male*B.com (Hons) is preferred and must be computer savvy . He also needs to be conversant in English.*One who is intelligent, willing to learn and take on responsibility would have a preference.*CTC - 3 lacs (max). Does not include cost of domiciliary medicals, hospitalisation, gratuity which are entitlements and Ex-gratia which is discretionary.*Report to the HOD*Probation period 6 monthsJOB PROFILE:**1) Chemical -**o Sending email to the estates for their monthly chemical Requirement.o After the all chemical indent received from estates, then the totalindent quantity is compiled, after receiving all the indent from the estate,check the inventory live stocks (via system Support) of the estates.o In case of excess stock of chemicals, interact with nearer estate forintra estate transfero In case of low stock level, place the order to the selected Vendor tosupply material from Guwahati/Siliguri within stipulated time.o Thereafter making the formal purchase order via Oracle system and send itfor approval to the higher authority.o Interact with nearest transporters depot where the material to bereached.o Sending email to the respective Estates with consignment details andkeeps the estate update.o Manoeuvring local chemical depots**2) Fertilizer-**o Responsible for sending email to the estates for their Spring & AutumnFertilizer Requirement.o After same processing as chemicals order (Indent to Delivery).o Fertilizer supply on rake point basis (Assam Rake Point - Nagaon,Borpata, Jorhat & Tinsukia and Dooars Rake Point -N J P & Rangapani).o Keep close watch on the deliveries provided, rakes are available.**3) System Voucher & order (Purchase)-**o All system voucher Revenue 1st point check (Vendor, Item, Rate,Quantity & Value) and Force to be Approved.o All System Capital purchase orders, Despatch Advice & Payment Voucher tobe prepared and also delivery tracking follow up.o Capital voucher creation and sending it for approval to the higherauthority. **4) Transportation- **o Domestic transportation - 1st point negotiation (Two to three round)thereafter hand over to higher authority.o Keep close watch on delivery & payment status road transport and courierservice.
