Roles and ResponsibilitiesDuties and Responsibilities:Providing approvals for administrative functions of the BranchSubmitting MIS reports to state head as requiredFollow up / Ensure for credit approval from the concerned authority for files submitted across the TerritoryEnsuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks in all his branches.To manage effective Product & Process Improvement through constant processdevelopment.Also participate in TMW to ensure quality and standardization ismaintained in the processes.For customer satisfaction:Ensure to maintain monthly and quarterly reports and recordsTo understand & carry out all the other responsibilities as per the instruction by the company.Ensure timely disbursals of Home LoansAttend to customer inquires / grievance on a timely basis, addressing customergrievances and finding solutions or escalating them as and when required.Meeting NPA customers to understand the reason for not paying and convince them to repayFor Employee engagement and Development:Spending quality time with the new joiners for proper handholding of responsibilities andunderstanding of the job.Review performance of Team Leaders and Customer Managers on regular basisProvide guidance and motivate team members to enhance their performanceTrain support staff on policies and procedures.Decision Making Authority:Where and how to allocate resources in order to make optimal utilizationRecruiting staff ,
