Customer focusRoles and Responsibilities:1. Responsible for Jio Home Delivery (JHD) in JC Operation2. Manage and supervise various outbound channels to ensure high service levels for JHD customers3. Recruit, train & deploy outbound direct sales agents in JC area as per the given target4. Monitor refresher training on JHD process and product knowledge for agents5. Drive Lead Acceptance & Lead Delivery on a day-to-day basis6. Ensure JC Level Master Configurations on JHD Platform: Agent Stores, PIN Codes, and Product7. JC territory planning to ensure 100% manning coverage8. Supervise and manage General Trade & Own Store promoters (xDSS) for home delivery.9. Propose improvements to ensure an enhanced customer experience10. Monitor and gather competition/industry plan, initiatives, policies,and best practices
