Job Description

    • Conduct timeline meetings at the beginning of each project.
    • Understand project specifications, prepare and execute time schedules for each project.
    • Calculate the materials, manpower and machinery needed to execute these activities in the time frame decided.
    • Ensure that all the materials and labour are available for the timely completion of project.
    • Responsible to conduct review meetings with relevant stakeholders, attend consultant review meeting every week and make meeting minutes for the same.
    • Collect periodic updates and prepare project summary sheet on a daily basis which is the master sheet for every project.
    • Monitor and track project progress, and prepare project updates and reports for the Management.
    • Maintain appropriate lists of manager, site supervisor and store keeper for each project.
    • Responsible to collect LOI, GST certificates for new projects from every regional coordinator.
    • Collect project completion certificate from site supervisor after the completion of each project.
    • Coordinate with various department like Execution, procurement, contracts for the successful completion of project within the time period.
