Job Description

    Opening for the post of HR Executive.Experience- 2 to 5 yrsQualification - MBA in HRIndustry Type - ManufacturingindustryRoles & Responsibilities -Payroll process
    • Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
    • Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
    • Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
    • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
    • Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
    • Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    • Attendance & Leave Management
    • Manage Joining Formalities
    • Prepare Bonus & Leave calculation on yearly
    • Generation of letters appointment, relieving & increment etc.
    • Keeping day to day records and handling queries of employees, Scanning of Salary sheet sending mails, filing documents.
    • Prepare FNF Settlement Calculation.
    • Preparing data for compliance.
    • Labour licensing, Factory license and other licensing.
    • Updating KYC details
    • Updating Employee Details & Uploading in Software
    • Preparation MIS Report
    • Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
    • Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns
    • Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
    • Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax
    • Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making
    • Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
    • Calculation and deposit of monthly liability of TDS on salaries
    • Preparation & Submission of Quarterly and Annual TDS returns
    • Responsible of publishing monthly Payroll Dashboard
    • Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance
    PF Process
    • Maintain employee records their personal files etc.
    • PF basic wages and PF no checking every month.
    • Filling online monthly PF Challans before the 15th of the following month.
    • Collecting PF slips and distributes them among employees and workers
    • Maintain PF Challan, PF ECR, PF Act, PF remittance.
    • Generation UAN no new employees for every month.
    • Activate UAN No every month for all employees.
    • Update and upload KYC all employees.
    • Checking PF Withdrawal Forms and send to PF Office.
    • Handling of PF Quires.etc.
    SkillsExcellent Mathematical Skills, Accounting and Bookkeeping Skills, Attention to Detail, Organisation Skills, Superior Computer and Typing Skills, Data Entry, Good Verbal Communication with Employees, Capable of Working with Minimal Supervision, Honesty, Record-Keeping Skills, Follows Instructions Well, Competent with Spreadsheets, Familiar with Payroll Software, Basic Understanding of Tax Procedures, Familiarity with Benefits and Other Wage Deductions, Multi-Tasking Abilities, Ability to Work on a Deadline, Sound Decision-Making SkillsTechnical Skills
    • Basics computer knowledge
    • Typing Speed - English- 40wpm
    • MS-CIT (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point, Tally, Internet Surfing.)
    • Knowledge of Excel (V-lookup, Sum, Count if, Average, Len, Concatenate, Round, lookups).
