Primary Role: The Field Coordinator will lead the management of day to day activities of the assigned project involving work on Family Planning in the respective states of UP and Bihar. The project is aimed at conducting research and evaluation on the delivery of family planning services in UP and Bihar to ensure that future investments most directly and impact fully serve the women and girls living in these states and beyond. The field coordinator will be responsible for assisting in research and evaluation, liaison with different stakeholders and will directly report to the Project Coordinator (Senior Technical Specialist) . Based on the project priorities, the field coordinator may also undertake other tasks as assigned by the Project Leader such as monitoring data collection, representing the team research through publishing, presentations, speaking engagements. Intensive travel to different districts may be required. Education: Bachelor degree in social science or related field. Experience At least 5 yearsrsquo experience of working in area of family planning Experience of working in coordination with the government agencies and national and international donor agencies Experience in coordinating and supervising data collection Skills Knowledge of MS office Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hindi Primary Responsibilities and Tasks: Project Technical Support Liaison with government agencies at state and district level, and partner Responsible for work quality supervision of project staff of ICRW at respective locations Contribute in collating and collecting primary and secondary data Supervise primary data collection Contribute in data analysis Represent ICRW at selected external meetings when delegated Assumes general management responsibility on assigned project Project Administrative Support Assumes general management responsibility on assigned projects Prepare monthly progress report to be submitted to the supervisor Any other task allocated by Regional Director ARO and by Supervisor.,
