Roles and responsibilities: HR Operations and recruitment. Recruitment, Manpower budgeted headcount tracking. - Monitoring TAT, routine functions & resolving queries & issues arises. - Getting accurate employee data updating for new hires in the system and Personal File Management. Employee Life cycle: - Acquainting and coordinating with Business team. Adherence of SOPs, manage timely execution and compliance for all internal processes that impact an employees life cycle i.e. Confirmations, Transfers, Elevation, Promotions Handling absconding cases. F&F team, Finance team, HR, Legal team & etc. Payroll Management: - Managing payroll of field and non-field employees. Others: - Metrics and reporting structure updation in various internal system for field and non-field. employees. Process the Mediclaim, ESIC, EPF, Prepare Statutory compliance return like ER, Minimum wages, Contract Labour etc. Leave & attendance management, Designing and implementation of employees engagement activities,HR,
