Job Description

    Greetings From Hy Fly Consultancy Call hidden_mobile SimranJob Title :Senior Dialer ManagerRoles & Responsibilities:
    • Work on Genesys Dialing software to ensure optimization of dialer function as well as best use of data provided through effective inventory management.
    • Deliver effective dialing strategies to enhance the success of multiple outbound sales & verifications campaigns.
    • Consistently review results of various tests and controls related to Data Management and Dialer Strategy execution.
    • Co-ordinate with Genesys Team (IT) for new development, testing and implementation of campaigns.
    • Co-ordinate with different vertical heads for new business opportunities with regards to data procurement.
    • Co-ordinate with Business Intelligence Team for data extraction logics / modification if any (NBD and X-sell Business)
    • Responsible for managing the predictive dialer system that controls the flow of Outbound Calls to customers. Also responsible for providing reports to the clients and collaborating with line of business management to determine overall strategy.
    • Ensuring all Dialer related Reports /MIS reports for all outbound campaigns are being published in timely manner.
    • Advise business leaders on best strategies to maximize use of the dialer and lists available.
    • Analyze the quality and quantity of leads available to us across campaigns, planning monthly calling patterns appropriately & requisitioning in time to ensure consistent performance of outcome is achieved for each portfolio.
    • Optimize resource and KPI achievement through monitoring and managing real-time adherence through hands-on expertise, intervention & through team members aligned to this function.
    • To drive increased productivity through use of the dialer system and associated tools and software
    • Identify possible needs for improvement in processes, learning and systems and refer them to business stakeholders
    • Build professional relationships with peers, colleagues and internal customers across the entire business to deliver and exceed targets.
    • Effectively train team to be able to deliver function in absence of self without any interruptions or loss of performance.
