We work for about 30 large healthcare organizations, including several billion dollar organizations, and we have about $5 billion in client revenue under management.Currently we are hiring for 3 major roles as below:1. Revenue Cycle Representative (RCR):The Revenue Cycle Representative role at IKS is pivotal in the fast-paced challenging US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management environment. The Revenue Cycle Representative is responsible for resolving client billing problems and rescuing Account Receivable delinquency in a timely manner.2. Payment Posting:Recording all payment posting production and transaction processing parameters and generating Monthly, MIS statements for review, MIS report preparations, Participate in internal audits under guidance of Manager, Maintain records.3. Data Management & Data Abstraction:The abstractor would be responsible for managing US physicians documentation on the electronic platform. The abstractor would electronically receive scanned documents from the clinic which needs to be indexed and filed in the electronic health record. The abstractor will need to abstract relevant information from these documents in each patients account. The filed and abstracted data will be approved / rejected by the physician. Rejected document needs to be corrected by the abstractor and resented for physician approval.Selection Process:1.HR interview2.Aptitude test (Logical reasoning, Mathematics, Verbal Ability )3. Final interview (Face to Face interview)Note:1.All openings are for work from the office.2. We prefer Mumbai location candidates only.
