POST TITLE: Business Analyst LOCATION: Baroda - India REPORTING TO: Respective Line Manager EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 3 - 6 Years PROJECT: BCE JOB DESCRIPTION: Experience of financial and management accounting for UK customers / business. Individual requires a basic knowledge of FRS102 (Financial Reporting Council) and key differences between FRS102 and earlier UKGAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Practice) Experience of accounting in a Manufacturing environment is essential Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation of accounting product implementation / installation covering General Ledger and other functions like Accounts Payable , Accounts Receivable , Financial Accounting , Management Accounting , Fixed Asset Accounting , Inter - company Accounting , Project System , Material Planning , Payroll etc Experience in integration points with other products / modules or BI reports like Jaspersoft etc Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time Experience of accounting in Supply Chain , Logistics , Distribution company is an asset Understanding of UK accounting business processes Experience on functional aspects on business processes from a UK customer perspective Ability to work in a team environment , effectively interacting with others Must be result oriented , and demonstrate can do attitude - adaptability , flexibility and resourcefulness Implementation experience of a finance product / ERP for UK customer would be added advantage.,
