Job Description

Develop and execute marketing strategies, generate sales leads and manage calls, enhances brand equity, drives awareness, and builds a loyal customer base

Visit different trades and other events worldwide to promote our products

Handle customer complaints, give technical support to clients by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions , process customer accounts and file documents

Build up long-term relationships with customers by means of customer visits, phone calls and email conversations

KEY SKILLS Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency In English

Ability to learn accounting and trading software package & good MS Office skills
