Job Description

Shift : US shift Working days : 5 Days Key Responsibility Area: - Client management and team management Email escalation handling- Regular Feedbacks-informal & formal Initial phase of client onboarding the client Internal Induction - onboarding the new staff- Helping the staff on technical queries and resolving them.- US Accounting Knowledge US Payroll Tax Knowledge- Accounting clean-up Month end accounting and balance sheet reconciliation- Accounting system migration services Budgeting and Forecasting- CPA Preferred.Desired Skills (ASK) :Skills :- Experience of working with CPA firm for 5+ years.- Should have knowledge of clients on-boarding- Should have good leadership quality and team handling experience- Should have good reviewer and query resolving skills- Should have client handling experience- Should have Excellent English communication skills- Verbal and writtenKnowledge :- Familiar with MS Outlook and MS-Office (Good in MS-Excel)- Must have experience in QuickBooks online and Desktop software.- Strong US Tax Software knowledge.,
