Job Description

    Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh, IndiaIndustry: Hotel and HospitalityExperience Level: 2-3 YearsJob Summary:The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and analyze variances to recommend corrective actions.Accounting and Bookkeeping: Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of financial transactions.Taxation: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations. Manage tax planning and optimization strategies to minimize liabilities.Audit and Compliance: Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions and strategic planning. Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics and trends.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making. Provide guidance and training to junior finance staff as needed.Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance. Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation. Proficiency in accounting software( Tally Erp) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Skills: Knowledge of hospitality industry financial practices and standards. Experience with ERP systems and financial management software.
