We are looking for a highly analytical and research-oriented Crop Scientist to lead crop research, field trials, and agronomic development programs. The role focuses on improving crop performance, supporting product development, and driving sustainable agricultural practices through scientific research and data-driven insights.Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute field trials for crop performance evaluation
• Conduct research on soil health, crop nutrition, and pest/disease resistance
• Analyze agronomic data and generate technical reports
• Collaborate with production, regulatory, and product development teams
• Provide technical advisory support to farm operations and stakeholders
• Monitor environmental impact and sustainability metrics
• Ensure compliance with agricultural and environmental standards
• Develop crop improvement strategies and yield optimization plans
