Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Collection & Sales
• Visit retailers/Kirana shops daily as per route plan.
• Collect daily orders for FMCG products.
• Promote offers, schemes, and new product launches.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Market Execution
• Ensure product availability and visibility at outlets.
• Check stock levels and identify product gaps.
• Report competitor prices, schemes, and market activities.
Retailer Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships with retailers and shop owners.
• Ensure smooth communication for repeat orders.
• Handle basic complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordination & Delivery
• Coordinate with distributors, warehouse teams, and delivery staff.
• Follow up for timely delivery of orders.
• Confirm delivery status and resolve issues if any.
Reporting
• Submit daily market visit and order reports.
• Maintain records of orders, collections, and market insights.
• Share updates on market trends and performance.
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum12th Pass(Graduates preferred)
• Age: Up to 40 years
• Must knowHindi & English
• Male candidates only
• Comfortable withfieldwork
• Bike Valid Driving Licensemandatory
• Must own anAndroid smartphone
