This role primarily involvestelesales, where you will engage with potential customers from provided leads, explain GrayQuests offerings, and convert applications into successful sales.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, target-focused, and passionate about sales.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Conversion
• Achieve the highest possible conversion rates from assigned applications
• Make150200 outbound calls dailywith quick turnaround time
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing
• Achieve90% customer renewal ratefrom existing GrayQuest customers
Cross-Selling
• Cross-sell term insurance plans
• Achieve a minimum of20 insurance sales per month
CRM & Reporting
• Accurately track leads, interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools
• Maintain timely and detailed documentation of customer interactions
Collaboration
• Work closely with sales teams and internal departments to improve sales processes
• Share customer feedback, market insights, and improvement suggestions
Qualifications & Requirements
• Graduate from any stream
• 6 months to 1 yearof experience in inside sales or a related role
• Priorinsurance sales experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
