We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead operations as a Jio Center Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction at the center level.Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales performance and achieve customer acquisition targets
2. Optimize cost and enhance overall productivity of the Jio Centre
3. Ensure seamless day-to-day operations and efficient administration
4. Ensure compliance with all statutory and commercial regulations
5. Obtain necessary permissions and clearances for project execution
6. Coordinate with channel partners to drive productivity and results
7. Develop and implement customer retention strategies and gather feedback
8. Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team
