Matching patient receipt with the prescription before sample collection Noting the diagnosis and relevant history of patient where required Transportation and segregation of samples according to tests, investigations and area. Looking after the overall housekeeping of the sample collection area Keeping the director informed on customer feedback / complaints Maintaining confidentiality of information regarding patients.,
